1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons butter

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the Alfredo Sauce

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and milk, stirring gently. Let it simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix until smooth and creamy. Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning if using.

3. Combine Everything

Add the cooked pasta and diced chicken to the sauce. Stir until everything is well coated in the creamy Alfredo mixture.

4. Assemble the Bake

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Transfer the pasta mixture into a greased baking dish.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the top.

5. Bake

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.

6. Serve

Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
