Flourless Banana Cake
Healthy, simple, and made with wholesome ingredients!
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
2 cups rolled oats
2 large eggs (room temperature)
¼ cup honey
1 teaspoon baking powder
Optional: 1 handful crushed walnuts
Preparation
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease a cake pan (8-inch round or similar size) with oil spray or lightly brush with oil to prevent sticking.
2️⃣ Prepare the Oat Flour
Place the rolled oats in a food processor or blender.
Blend until they become a fine powder (oat flour consistency).
Add baking powder to the oat flour and mix well.
3️⃣ Mix the Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
Add the eggs and honey.
Whisk until well combined and slightly creamy.
4️⃣ Combine Everything
Gradually add the dry oat mixture into the banana mixture.
Stir until fully combined and smooth.
If using, fold in crushed walnuts.
5️⃣ Bake
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6️⃣ Cool & Serve
Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10–15 minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Slice and enjoy!

½ teaspoon cinnamon
Dark chocolate chips
A splash of vanilla extract
A pinch of salt to enhance sweetness
