Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
1 cup Italian dressing (any store-bought or homemade)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the chicken
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish (lightly greased or lined with foil for easy cleanup).
Add the dressing
Pour the Italian dressing evenly over the chicken, making sure each piece is well coated.
Top with Parmesan
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese generously over each piece.
Bake
Bake uncovered for 30–40 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temp: 165°F / 75°C).
