For the Meatballs

1½ lbs (680 g) frozen or homemade meatballs

For the Cheese Sauce

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup

1 cup milk

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Optional Garnish

Chopped fresh parsley

Extra shredded cheddar cheese

Place the meatballs in the bottom of your slow cooker.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soup, milk, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper until smooth.

Pour the mixture over the meatballs and gently stir to coat.

Cover and cook on Low for 4–5 hours or High for 2–3 hours.

About 20 minutes before serving, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.

Cover again and cook until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
