Garlic Paprika Baked White Fish
Ingredients
For the Fish:
4 white fish fillets (such as cod, tilapia, or haddock)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
For Extra Flavor (Highly Recommended):
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon slices (for serving)
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Prepare the Fish
Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels.
Place them in the baking dish in a single layer.
3️⃣ Season
Drizzle olive oil evenly over the fillets.
Sprinkle with:
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Garlic
Oregano
Drizzle lemon juice on top.
4️⃣ Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, depending on thickness.
The fish is ready when it flakes easily with a fork and is opaque in the center.
5️⃣ Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon slices.

Tips
