Key Lime Pie Lush Dessert
A cool, creamy, no-fuss dessert that delivers all the tangy goodness of classic Key Lime Pie in irresistible layers. Perfect for summer gatherings, parties, or anytime you’re craving something refreshing and sweet.
Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Cream Cheese Layer
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
Key Lime Layer
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup key lime juice
- 1 tablespoon key lime zest
Pudding Layer
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 ¾ cups cold milk
Garnish
- Extra lime zest (optional)
Directions
- Prepare the Crust
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until evenly combined.
Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, until lightly golden. Let cool completely. - Make the Cream Cheese Layer
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread evenly over the cooled crust. - Prepare the Key Lime Layer
In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and key lime zest until smooth.
Pour and spread evenly over the cream cheese layer. - Add the Pudding Layer
In a bowl, whisk instant vanilla pudding mix with cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
Spread evenly over the key lime layer. - Chill & Garnish
If desired, top with extra whipped cream and sprinkle with lime zest.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the layers to set.
