2 cups cooked white rice

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers or breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
