Ingredients
500 g (1 lb) ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups egg noodles, cooked slightly under al dente
1 can (300 g / 10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup beef broth
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried parsley
2 tbsp butter
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add the onion and garlic, then sauté until soft and fragrant. Drain excess grease if needed.
In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cottage cheese, beef broth, paprika, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Add the cooked egg noodles and beef mixture to the sauce. Mix gently until everything is well coated.
