Ingredients:

3 cups carrots, peeled and sliced

3 cups potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

4 tablespoons butter, melted

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease a baking dish.
