Ingredients
1 cup (90g) oatmeal
150 ml warm milk (about ⅔ cup)
2 apples, peeled and diced
20g butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon vanillin or vanilla extract
2 large eggs
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
In a bowl, combine the oatmeal and warm milk. Let it sit for about 5 minutes so the oats soften.
Add the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Fold in the diced apples and stir gently.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden on top and set in the center.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm for the best flavor!
