1 can (14 oz / 400 g) diced tomatoes
4 cups beef broth

1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Transfer the beef to your slow cooker.
Add the chopped cabbage, onion, garlic, carrots, and celery.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, paprika, thyme, oregano, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the vegetables are tender and the flavors have blended beautifully.
Remove the bay leaf and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve hot with crusty bread, dinner rolls, or over mashed potatoes for an extra-hearty meal.
