Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 eggs
2 tbsp milk
2 cups breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken
Slice the chicken breasts into even strips and pat them dry with paper towels.
Season the Flour
In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Make the Egg Wash
