4 bone-in or boneless pork chops

1 can (20 oz / 565 g) pineapple rings, with juice reserved

1 packet onion soup mix (about 1 oz / 28 g)

Instructions

Arrange the pork chops in the prepared dish.

Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the pork chops.

Cover loosely with foil and bake for 35–40 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15–20 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the pineapple is beautifully caramelized.
