1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt until light and fluffy.
Add the vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Sift in the flour and baking powder. Stir gently until the batter becomes soft and lump-free.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
