Fresh Cucumber Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 2 large cucumbers, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)
  • 1/2 cup honey or sugar (adjust to your taste)
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and cucumber rounds, for garnish

 

 

 

Instructions:

  1. Add the chopped cucumbers to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Pour the cucumber purée through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher, pressing gently to extract as much liquid as possible.
  3. Stir in the fresh lemon juice and your choice of honey or sugar until dissolved.
  4. Add the cold water and mix well to combine everything.
  5. Serve over ice and finish with lemon slices and cucumber rounds for a refreshing touch.

 

 

 

Note: Drinks like this can be a light and hydrating option, but healthy habits come from balanced meals, good hydration, sleep, and regular movement — not from any single drink alone.
