Fresh Cucumber Lemonade
Ingredients:
- 2 large cucumbers, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)
- 1/2 cup honey or sugar (adjust to your taste)
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices and cucumber rounds, for garnish
Instructions:
- Add the chopped cucumbers to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Pour the cucumber purée through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher, pressing gently to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Stir in the fresh lemon juice and your choice of honey or sugar until dissolved.
- Add the cold water and mix well to combine everything.
- Serve over ice and finish with lemon slices and cucumber rounds for a refreshing touch.
Note: Drinks like this can be a light and hydrating option, but healthy habits come from balanced meals, good hydration, sleep, and regular movement — not from any single drink alone.
