Sticky Cinnamon Sugar Monkey Bread

Sticky Cinnamon Sugar Monkey Bread (5-Ingredient Slow Cooker Delight)
A warm, gooey, pull-apart treat that feels like pure comfort in every bite. This easy slow cooker monkey bread uses a clever “dough cut” method to save time while delivering that classic caramelized, cinnamon-sugar goodness everyone loves.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 2–3 hours
Servings: 6–8
Ingredients
2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (about 16 oz each)
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted
½ cup granulated sugar
Instructions
Prepare the Dough
Open the biscuit cans and cut each piece into quarters using kitchen scissors or a knife (this is the “dough cut” shortcut).
Coat in Cinnamon Sugar
In a large bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Toss the dough pieces until evenly coated.
Layer in Slow Cooker
Lightly grease your slow cooker. Add half of the coated dough pieces, then sprinkle with some brown sugar. Repeat with the remaining dough and brown sugar.
Add the Butter
Pour the melted butter evenly over the top. This will create that rich, caramel-like sauce as it cooks.
Cook to Perfection
Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours, or until the dough is fully cooked and no longer sticky in the center.
Serve Warm
Let it cool slightly, then turn it out onto a plate or serve straight from the slow cooker. Pull apart and enjoy!
Tips for Extra Flavor
Add chopped pecans or walnuts for a crunchy twist
Drizzle with vanilla glaze or cream cheese icing
Sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg for deeper warmth
Soft, sticky, and irresistibly sweet—this monkey bread is perfect for breakfast, dessert, or sharing with friends and family.
