Ultimate Crispy Garlic Chicken Strips
Golden, crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside — these homemade chicken strips are packed with flavor and perfect for lunch, dinner, or snack time. Once you try them, you’ll want to make them again and again!
Ingredients:
2 chicken fillets, cut into strips
3 eggs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Oil for frying
Directions:
Slice the chicken fillets into thin strips and place them in a bowl.
Add the eggs and minced garlic, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
Dip each strip first into the flour, then into the breadcrumbs for an extra crispy coating.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the chicken strips for 4–5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
Remove and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
