Buttery Ham & Cheese Biscuit Sliders

Buttery Ham & Cheese Biscuit Sliders
Crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside, and loaded with melty cheese in every bite… these sliders are the kind of recipe that feels fancy but couldn’t be easier to make. Perfect for busy days, lazy dinners, or feeding a hungry crowd!
Servings: 6–8 sliders
Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated biscuits (like Grands!)
1–2 cups sliced ham
6–8 slices Swiss cheese (or cheddar, mozzarella, etc.)
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Optional Toppings:
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (for extra flavor)
Optional Add-ins:
Honey mustard or Dijon mustard
A drizzle of honey (for sweet & savory flavor)
Instructions:
1. Preheat & Prep
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the Biscuits
Separate the biscuits.
Slice each biscuit in half horizontally to create a top and bottom layer.
3. Assemble the Sliders
Place the bottom halves into the baking dish.
Add a layer of ham on each one.
Top with a slice (or half slice) of cheese.
Optional: spread a little honey mustard for extra flavor.
Place the top halves of the biscuits over everything.
4. Add the Buttery Topping
Brush the tops generously with melted butter.
Sprinkle garlic powder, parsley, and Parmesan (if using).
5. Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until:
The tops are golden brown
The biscuits are cooked through
The cheese is melted and gooey
6. Serve
Serve warm for the best experience—soft, cheesy, buttery perfection in every bite
Pro Tips:
Don’t overfill or the sliders may fall apart.
Cover loosely with foil if tops brown too quickly.
For extra crispiness, bake uncovered the whole time.
Want it extra melty? Add a second layer of cheese 👀
Flavor Variations:
Swap Swiss for cheddar, provolone, or mozzarella
Add scrambled eggs → breakfast sliders
Use turkey instead of ham
Add a touch of hot sauce for a spicy kick
