Crockpot Lil Smokies, Potatoes & Green Beans
An easy, hearty, and family-friendly slow cooker meal with smoky sausage, tender potatoes, and saucy green beans!
Ingredients
1 (14 oz) package Lil Smokies (about 2 cups)
1 lb baby potatoes, halved (or quartered if large)
1 (14–15 oz) can green beans, drained
(or 1½ cups fresh green beans, trimmed)
1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite – sweet, smoky, or spicy)
½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
½ teaspoon black pepper
Optional: 2 tablespoons butter (for extra richness)
Instructions
Prep the ingredients
Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
Drain canned green beans if using.
Add to Crockpot
Place Lil Smokies, potatoes, and green beans into the slow cooker.
Add Sauce & Seasoning
Pour BBQ sauce over everything.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add butter if using.
Mix Well
Stir everything together so the sauce coats evenly.
Cook
Low: 6 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Potatoes should be fork-tender when done.
Final Stir & Serve
Give it a good mix before serving to redistribute the sauce.

Tips
If using fresh green beans, they may need the full 6 hours on low.
